Kyrk Pyros first saw the hotel 14 years ago. He was told about it's rich history and knew it had potential. He thought that under the right leadership, and with an efficient team, it could be restored to it's former glory. Since then, Kyrk and his team have worked tirelessly towards that end. Today the hotel stands as the top luxury hotel in all of Washington PA!
Chris Bourbakis, Hotel General Manager and Director of Events
Chris manages all of the hotel departments at the George Washington Hotel. His number one priority is customer satisfaction while upholding top quality standards whether it be through an extended stay, a weekend getaway in one of our hotel suites, or having an outstanding event in one of our vintage event spaces.
Kim Rowan, Business Manager
Kim is the head of Business Management and an absolute joy to work with. Although, her title is a little misleading. She does indeed handle all human resources work, heads up the accounting and assists with overseeing the day to day operations!
Jimme Warcholak, Executive Chef
Jimmie has been a part of The George Washington family for several years but with his outstanding work ethic, dedication to craft, and fantastic attention to detail, he now serves as our Executive Chef. His expertise is not only in fine dining but also in providing top quality menus to large and lavish events. With his many years of experience you are guaranteed to have a dish you will not easily forget.
